The Fender Bassman is the new line of pedals released exclusively for Bass Players
Fender has just unveiled their new line of Bassman pedals, which draw inspiration from the original bass tube amp line from years ago. The Bassman pedal line hosts a collection of meticulously crafted analog and digital circuits to really nail down whatever bass tone you’re after.
Each pedal in the Bassman lineup offers intuitive three-knob controls alongside two switches for precise tone shaping.
- Bassman Driver: Features JFET circuitry and dynamic clipping stages to replicate the warm, responsive behavior of a bass tube amp pushed to its limits. It includes Level, Gain, and Blend knobs, plus Voice and Mids switches.
- Bassman Delay: Equipped with two pro-grade DSP algorithms crafted to enhance bass signal clarity and depth in repeats. It includes Time, Feedback, and Level knobs, plus Type and Low switches.
- Bassman Fuzz: Delivers two distinct voices of gritty distortion while maintaining a solid low-end foundation. It includes Level, Fuzz, and Blend knobs, plus Voice and Focus switches.
- Bassman Reverb: Designed to create spacious, clear ambience while preserving low-end transients with its low-cut control. It includes Time, Low Cut, and Level knobs, plus Type and Pre switches.
- Bassman Compression: Utilizes smooth RMS compression, modeled after top-tier studio rack compressors, to ensure consistency and dynamic control. It includes Level, Comp, and Blend knobs, plus Ratio and RLS switches.
